25 Personnel Handle Puddles on Jalan DI Panjaitan

The Jatinegara Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Task Force deployed 25 personnel to handle puddles at some points. One of them was on Jalan DI Panjaitan, precisely in front of Patria Park Hotel, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, on Tuesday (3/8) late afternoon.

Jatinegara SDA Task Force Coordinator, Tamrizal said puddles as high as 10-15 centimeters were overflowed, because of the malfunctioned drain. It was also made worse by heavy rain with strong winds.

"In addition to clearing the garbage in the drains, the personnel also help regulate traffic around the location to avoid congestion," he stated.

Channel Dredging on Jalan Abdul Muis will Be Finished Next Week

They were deployed to Jalan DI Panjaitan, starting from the Cawang-Halim Perdanakusuma intersection, in front of Patria Park, Penas, Kebon Nanas intersection to the Jalan Basuki Rahmat intersection. Including across from Jatinegara Train Station and Jalan Jatinegara Barat intersection.
